OnePlus has launched its new budget tablet, the OnePlus Pad Lite, in India, aiming to meet the needs of students, families, and casual users. With a focus on entertainment, learning, and daily tasks, the Pad Lite brings a large screen and long-lasting battery at an affordable price.
The Pad Lite features an 11-inch LCD display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 10-bit color support, and 500 nits of brightness. Designed for eye comfort, it includes blue light filtering and flicker control to reduce strain during extended viewing. The tablet is equipped with quad speakers certified for Hi-Res Audio, which automatically adjust based on the screen’s orientation for a better audio experience.
Powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 processor and running on OxygenOS 15.0.1, the Pad Lite promises smooth performance for up to three years. It houses a 9340mAh battery, delivering up to 80 hours of music playback or 11 hours of video, and supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging for quick top-ups.
Available in Aero Blue, the tablet is priced at Rs 12,999 for the 6GB+128GB Wi-Fi model and Rs 14,999 for the 8GB+128GB 4G LTE version (inclusive of launch offers). Sales begin from August 1, 2025, across online and offline platforms including OnePlus.in, Amazon, Flipkart, and major retail stores.
Weighing just 530 grams and 7.39mm thick, the tablet includes parental controls, Google Kids Space, cross-device sharing, and Open Canvas for multitasking. While the specs look promising, real-world performance will be the ultimate test once it reaches users next month.
