Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang Says Quantum Computing Nears Breakthrough

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has stated that quantum computing is reaching a turning point and will soon tackle complex problems that current AI systems can’t solve efficiently. Speaking at the VivaTech conference in Paris, Huang said quantum technology could soon deliver practical solutions.
He had made similar remarks in March during Nvidia’s developer conference, revising his earlier view that useful quantum systems were two decades away.
Huang also announced a quantum research lab in Boston, which will partner with Harvard and MIT to explore next-generation computing breakthroughs.
