Zoho Notebook Upgraded With AI Tools and Free Access for Students

Zoho has introduced new artificial intelligence features to its note-taking app, Zoho Notebook, aiming to make note organization, writing, and collaboration easier for both professionals and students. The update brings Zoho’s AI assistant, Zia, directly into the app, enabling users to ask questions, generate summaries, and create mind maps without switching between tools.
A key addition is the Intelligent Q&A Assistant, which allows users to search within their existing notes or ask new questions to understand topics better. For students and professionals who attend frequent lectures or meetings, the app can now transcribe audio into structured, time-stamped notes with speaker tags and summaries. The new Mind Map Generator helps convert long documents into visual diagrams, making it easier to grasp complex subjects.
Zoho has also introduced Smart Note Creation and Writing Enhancement features to help automate checklists, templates, and improve grammar or tone. Multilingual support enables voice search and translation in over 80 languages, including several Indian languages.
Additionally, Notebook now integrates with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Mail for better collaboration. Importantly, all premium AI features are available free for students who sign up using their educational email IDs.
