Vivo Launches Budget-Friendly Y19 5G in India

Vivo has launched its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Vivo Y19 5G, in India, expanding its popular Y-series lineup. This new model is the successor to the Vivo Y18 and brings several notable upgrades, including a smoother 90Hz refresh rate display, a large 5,500mAh battery, and a durable IP64-rated build for protection against dust and water.
In order to reduce blue light exposure, Vivo has featured its latest offering with a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS screen with TÜV Rheinland certification and is available in three variants – 4GB-64GB ₹10,499, 4GB+128GB at ₹11,499, and 6GB+128GB at ₹12,999. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, Vivo Y19 5G is available in two colors —Titanium Silver and Majestic Green. The device is available on Flipkart, Vivo’s official e-store, and retail outlets, with a 3-month no-cost EMI offer on the top variant.
On the camera front, the phone includes a 13MP main sensor and a 5MP selfie camera. Supported by AI features like AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance, the budget smartphone runs on FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15. Apart from this, the company has also included features like 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.4, USB 2.0, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
