Apple to Open 4 New Stores in India, Expands iPhone 16 Production Locally

Apple is set to expand its presence in India with four new retail stores in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. This marks Apple’s retail growth beyond its first stores in Delhi and Mumbai, launched last year.

Simultaneously, Apple has started manufacturing all iPhone 16 models, including Pro versions, in India—a first for the company. Along with its retail and production expansion, Apple continues its commitment to environmental sustainability, working with partners like CleanMax to achieve its goal of a 100% carbon-neutral supply chain by 2030.
