Both devices are powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 processor and feature camera systems co-developed with Zeiss. The series also marks the arrival of Vivo’s new OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, replacing the long-running FunTouchOS on new models in India.
The Vivo X300 Pro is priced at ₹1,09,999 for its 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant, and comes in Dune Gold and Elite Black. The standard Vivo X300 is available in multiple configurations starting at ₹75,999 and going up to ₹85,999, with colour options including Elite Black, Mist Blue and Summit Red. The X300 series is now available through the Vivo India e-store, Amazon and Flipkart. Customers can avail up to 10% cashback from leading banks such as SBI, HDFC, IDFC First Bank and Yes Bank, or opt for a 10% exchange bonus along with a one-year extended warranty. Vivo is also offering up to 24 months of no-cost EMI plans and a ₹4,000 discount when purchasing the Telephoto Extender Kit with the phone.
A major highlight of the lineup is its Zeiss-enhanced camera system. The X300 Pro features a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x zoom. The standard X300 comes with a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 3x telephoto unit. Both phones support a 2.35x Telephoto Extender accessory for advanced photography.
The X300 has a compact 6.31-inch AMOLED display, while the X300 Pro features a larger 6.78-inch screen. The phones pack 6040mAh and 6510mAh batteries respectively, with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
