Reno 14 Series Debuts in India: 50 MP Selfie, 120 Hz AMOLED Delight

Oppo has rolled out the Reno 14 series in India, adding two sleek 5G phones for photo lovers and movie buffs. Both the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro feature a 50‑megapixel autofocus selfie camera that shoots 4K at 60 fps and a bright AMOLED display with a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate protected by Gorilla Glass 7i.

The standard model uses a 6.59‑inch screen and MediaTek Dimensity 8350, while the Pro stretches to 6.83 inches and adopts the faster Dimensity 8450. Each phone offers up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage, while the Reno 14’s triple rear array packs 50 MP wide, 8 MP ultra‑wide and 50 MP telephoto sensors; the Pro mirrors those focal lengths with sharper 50 MP sensors and adds 2‑axis optical stabilisation.

The Reno 14 carries a 6,000 mAh battery; the Pro ups capacity to 6,200 mAh. Both refuel at 80 W over cable, and the Pro also supports 50 W wireless AIRVOOC. Other shared highlights include ColorOS 15, Wi‑Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, eSIM, dual 5G standby and 1.07 billion‑colour output. Prices start at ₹37,999 for the Reno 14 (8 GB + 256 GB) and top out at ₹42,999 for its 12 GB + 512 GB edition.

The Pro is listed at ₹49,999 for 12 GB + 256 GB and ₹54,999 for 12 GB + 512 GB. Sales begin 8 July on Amazon, Flipkart and Oppo stores. Launch perks include up to 10 % instant cashback, EMIs from ₹2,111, a ₹5,000 exchange bonus via Oppo Upgrade, a three‑month 2 TB Google One plan with Gemini Advanced, six months of Jio OTT access and 180‑day screen damage cover with extra warranty. With headline cameras, fluid displays and aggressive launch incentives, Oppo’s Reno 14 duo aims to tighten the company’s grip on India’s competitive upper‑mid‑range market.
