Motorola made a strong statement at CES 2026 by unveiling a wide range of new smartphones, foldable devices, AI software, and connected accessories. The Lenovo-owned brand showcased its vision of a smarter, more connected ecosystem built around artificial intelligence, premium design, and seamless cross-device experiences. The announcements included the new Motorola Signature flagship smartphone, the Razr Fold book-style foldable, a special Motorola Razr FIFA World Cup 26 Edition, and several new Moto Things accessories.

The Motorola Signature was introduced as the company’s new premium flagship smartphone. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, the device features an ultra-slim 6.99mm design and is claimed to be the world’s first ultra-thin phone with a quad 50MP camera system. It comes with a large 6.8-inch AMOLED display supporting Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and Bose-tuned audio. The phone packs a 5,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. Motorola has also promised seven years of software and security updates. The Signature is available in Pantone Martini and Pantone Carbon colours, and Motorola India has confirmed that the device will launch in the Indian market.

Motorola also entered the book-style foldable segment with the launch of the Razr Fold. The device features a 6.6-inch outer display and an 8.1-inch 2K LTPO inner display, with support for the Moto Pen Ultra stylus. It includes on-device AI features such as “Catch Me Up” for smart summaries. For photography, the Razr Fold offers a triple 50MP rear camera setup using Sony LYTIA sensors, along with high-resolution front cameras on both displays. The device is aimed at users looking for productivity, creativity, and premium foldable design in one package.

Adding a special touch, Motorola announced the Razr FIFA World Cup 26 Edition. As the official smartphone partner of the upcoming FIFA World Cup, Motorola has designed this limited-edition foldable with exclusive FIFA-themed wallpapers, ringtones, and camera watermarks. The device retains the same hardware as the standard Razr, including an AI-powered camera, Moto AI features, a titanium-reinforced hinge, IP48 protection, and a 4,500mAh battery. Sales are set to begin in February through select channels.

On the software front, Motorola introduced Motorola Qira, a unified AI platform developed with Lenovo. Qira is designed to deliver a consistent and seamless AI experience across smartphones and PCs. It works with partners such as Microsoft, Google, Qualcomm, Intel, and Perplexity, allowing users to continue tasks smoothly across devices without losing context. Motorola said Qira puts users in control, making AI simpler and more personal.

Motorola also showcased Project Maxwell, an AI-powered wearable concept developed by its 312 Labs team. Designed as a hands-free, context-aware companion, Project Maxwell uses cameras, microphones, and sensors to understand a user’s surroundings and provide real-time assistance through natural language commands.

In addition, Motorola expanded its Moto Things ecosystem with new accessories. These include the Moto Sound Flow portable speaker with Sound by Bose technology, the Moto Watch with advanced health tracking, the Moto Pen Ultra stylus for productivity, and the Moto Tag 2 tracker with precise location features and long battery life. Together, these launches highlight Motorola’s focus on AI-driven innovation, premium hardware, and a connected device ecosystem.
