Motorola has introduced its latest Moto G Power smartphone in the North American market, further strengthening its G-series portfolio with an emphasis on smooth performance, strong build quality, and extended battery life. The smartphone comes with a 6.8-inch Full HD+ screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring fluid scrolling and viewing. With peak brightness reaching up to 1,000 nits in high brightness mode, the display is designed to remain clear even in bright outdoor conditions, supported by Motorola’s Display Color Boost technology.
At its core, the Moto G Power runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM to handle daily tasks and multitasking efficiently. The device ships with Android 16 and is backed by a 5,200mAh battery that supports 30W fast wired charging. Motorola claims the battery has been engineered to maintain more than 80 percent of its original capacity even after 1,000 charging cycles, highlighting its focus on long-term reliability.
For imaging, the phone features a 50MP main rear camera with optical image stabilisation, along with an 8MP lens that supports ultra-wide and macro photography. A 32MP front camera takes care of selfies and video calls. The camera system also includes night photography features and RAW image capture, while Google Photos tools such as Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur are available for easy photo enhancement.
The Moto G Power is built for durability, meeting MIL-STD-810H certification and offering IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and will be sold in PANTONE Pure Cashmere and PANTONE Evening Blue colour options. Motorola has not yet confirmed whether the device will be launched in India.
