Indian startups and technology companies are steadily expanding their footprint at CES 2026, highlighting India’s growing influence in the global innovation ecosystem. According to a report by PTI, organisers of the world’s largest consumer technology event have welcomed the rising participation from India and expect this trend to grow further in the coming years. The increasing visibility of Indian brands at CES reflects the country’s emergence as a strong hub for technology, design, and product innovation.

Speaking at a press conference during CES 2026, John Kelley, Vice President and Show Director of CES, said the presence of more Indian startups on the show floor is a positive and encouraging development. Responding to PTI, he noted that Indian companies are becoming more active participants at CES and that organisers are keen to support and expand this momentum in future editions. Kelley highlighted Bengaluru-based health technology company Ultrahuman as one of the Indian brands attracting attention at this year’s event for its focus on preventive and data-driven wellness solutions.

Ultrahuman’s product portfolio includes a lightweight sleep-tracking wearable, a continuous glucose monitoring platform, and preventive blood testing solutions aimed at proactive health management. Kelley said the CES team was excited to host companies like Ultrahuman that are building globally relevant products while emerging from India’s startup ecosystem.

CES 2026 has drawn participants from around 150 countries, reinforcing its position as a truly global technology platform. Nearly 40 percent of exhibitors and attendees are from outside the United States, a figure that continues to rise as international startups look to CES as a launchpad for global exposure. Organised by the Consumer Technology Association, the event runs until January 9 and brings together major corporations, startups, investors, policymakers, and technology leaders.

This year’s CES features more than 4,100 exhibitors showcasing innovations across artificial intelligence, digital health, mobility, energy, robotics, immersive entertainment, enterprise technology, and quantum computing. CTA CEO Gary Shapiro said the strong international turnout underlines CES’s role as a place where ideas turn into real-world solutions and partnerships take shape.

Several Indian companies are participating at CES 2026, including MedTech startup aabo, pseudo-reality firm ArvyaX Technologies, industry body CMAI Association of India, smartwatch brand Noise, auto-tech company Sona Comstar, and global IT services firm Zoondia. CES had introduced its first dedicated Indian pavilion in 2024, a move that has helped give Indian innovation greater visibility.

Representing Indian brands on the global stage, Noise and ArvyaX executives told PTI that CES offers an unmatched opportunity to showcase India-made and India-developed technologies. Their participation reflects growing confidence among Indian startups to compete with global leaders and present world-class innovation at CES.
