HMD T21 Tablet Launches in India With 2K Display and Big Battery

HMD Global has introduced its new HMD T21 Tablet in India, aimed at users looking for a feature-rich Android tablet at an affordable price. The device features a 10.36-inch 2K display with low blue light certification, offering a sharp and eye-friendly viewing experience. It also comes with dual stereo speakers enhanced by Ozo Audio, promising immersive sound for media consumption.
Under the hood, the tablet runs on an octa-core Unisoc T612 processor, paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, expandable up to 512GB via microSD card. It operates on Android 13, with an Android 14 update already available for users.
The HMD T21 is equipped with 8MP cameras on both the front and rear, making it suitable for video calls and basic photography. It supports HD streaming on Netflix, works with an Active Pen, and can even serve as a second screen for PCs, adding to its utility.
One of its key highlights is the 8,200mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, offering extended usage on a single charge. The tablet also supports 4G voice calling, dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, OTG, and a USB Type-C port. It includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and ships with a charger.
Priced at ₹15,999, the HMD T21 is currently available in Black Steel colour via HMD’s official website, with a limited-time offer of ₹14,499. It features a durable build made from eco-friendly aluminium and recycled plastics, and comes with an IP52 rating for splash and dust resistance. The device supports face unlock for security and weighs just 467g.
