Apple is reportedly set to unveil its next-generation MacBook Air powered by the M4 processor in March 2025, according to a Bloomberg report. With existing stock running low, Apple is preparing to introduce both 13-inch and 15-inch models, featuring significant performance and design enhancements.

Expected Features & Upgrades

The MacBook Air M4 is anticipated to offer superior processing power, following the M4 chip’s successful debut in the MacBook Pro. However, the M4 Pro and M4 Max variants may remain exclusive to Pro models.

Key expected upgrades include:

  • 16GB RAM as the new base configuration, doubling the previous entry-level offering.
  • 256GB starting storage, ensuring improved multitasking and efficiency.
  • Thunderbolt 4 ports for faster data transfer and enhanced connectivity.
  • Dual external display support, a feature previously exclusive to MacBook Pro.
  • Center Stage camera technology, which automatically adjusts framing during video calls.
  • Optional nano-texture display to reduce glare and improve visual comfort.

While the overall design is expected to retain its sleek, lightweight aesthetic, Apple may introduce minor refinements to optimize the new hardware capabilities.
