Global INDIAai Summit 2024 in New Delhi
The Global INDIAai Summit 2024, with over 1,000 delegates, including AI experts and practitioners, was organized in New Delhi. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated the summit, alongside dignitaries from Japan and India, including Hiroshi Yoshida and Jitin Prasada. The summit featured 12 sessions, focusing on AI advancements and innovation, with more than 100 global experts participating.
Startups showcased AI solutions, and Vaishnaw emphasized India’s commitment to democratizing AI, making it accessible to all. He also highlighted India’s focus on public AI platforms to foster collaborative innovation. Japan’s Hiroshi Yoshida praised India’s leadership as the Chair of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI), stressing responsible AI practices.
The summit’s discussions covered vital AI topics, including Large Language Models, AI in healthcare, and real-world AI solutions, marking a significant milestone for India’s AI ambitions.
